Order Cancellation Policy –
To cancel an order you have placed with Sno Dolly Inc., you must contact customer support at (http://www.snodolly.com/contact) or call customer service directly at: 603.234.6834
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Out of Stock Policy –
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as "in stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back-order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out of stock items are in stock again within four (4) weeks.
Shipping Policy for In Stock Items –
All items indicated to be in stock are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. In stock items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the following business day. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the USPS tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to USPS, and based on the shipping method).
Return Policy –
Every purchase you make with Sno Dolly Inc. comes with a 30 day return policy.
Return Exceptions -
Merchandise that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy –
Sno Dolly Inc. will issue a full refund for most items returned in new condition, unused or
(defective upon delivery arrival) within 30 days of the sale date. IMPORTANT: All returns to Sno Dolly Inc. must include the original package, receipt and a (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Restocking Fee -
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless it was delivered with damages, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order unless it was delivered with damages and you want a new one sent to you.
To return an item, please take the following steps:
Visit: http://www.snodolly.com/contact . We will email you with a (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Type (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) into subject line. Pack the items with the original receipt and return merchandise authorization number in its original package. We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card.

Back Orders -
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the other items become available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
